Our renovation was completed in November 2016. We are thankful as a family for the opportunity we had in designing and building our new extension with your Company.

After initially meeting with you, we were impressed with your communication and follow-ups on any queries. You actively listened to us through the entire process starting with our design ideas and continuing to the finished end.

Our Older Style Californian Bungalow Circa early 1900’s home now reflects our vision because you worked creatively and diligently with us until we were satisfied. You were sympathetic to its charm, the suggestions for better layout that you made added to the flow and uniqueness of the extension.

The pool build was completed while your team was onsite, your vision of an extended veranda platform coupled with the pool has created harmony and both areas appear to combine to form our quite sanctuary. Your team worked and liaised so well with other teams on site. Well done and commendable.

Your planning and anticipatory guidance was essential throughout the construction process. We were also impressed that you all were so sensitive to the family, as we lived in the home throughout the entire building extensions and made it painless.

As more of the project was completed, we felt that the workmanship was so good that we keep on renovating more rooms to complete the achieved look and you were so accommodating. The cabinetry has also complimented the build and the functionality for an active family in an old style home is tremendous.

We appreciated your e-mails and construction timeframe guidelines which kept us on target and allowed us to make timely decisions on all the specifications that made our home unique for us. Your organisational skills, attitude and “can do” spirit fitted in well with our values and took the stress out of the project. We always knew the expected timelines and the financial considerations of our choices and we found you very fair about the cost of our decisions.

We want to thank you for not only designing and building our dream extension but also for patience and understanding. Our family enjoy our year round beautiful veranda with greatly anticipated family parties. It was a pleasure to work with you and your team.
