Everything from renovations to brand new houses and multi-residential complexes – we love the variety.
Get in touch with us, and we’ll be more than happy to send through a Design + Build Process schedule.
Marc, the principal builder, is involved in every project and you’ll be dealing with him directly from day one. Over more than 20 years, he’s built up a terrific team of experienced and professional tradespeople who are great to be around – you’ll be getting top quality service all the way through.
Our preferred contracts are fixed price, which works in your favour, because you know right from the beginning how much your project will cost, including labour and material. You will also be guaranteed a completed project.
When it comes to variations/extras, design changes can be made and allowances for specified items can be altered. The build process can be relatively flexible, which means that when you may make those changes, the overall price could go up or down. We’ll be sure to let you know straightaway.
We set a schedule of site meetings, which we’ll let you know at the beginning of the build – but depending on the complexity of the project, more meetings may need to be set up between the architect (if there is one), builder and owners to run through various things that are much easier to discuss on site than any other way. You can request to set up an onsite meeting with the builder if needed.
All you have to do is to log in to your very own portal, a great online system Marc has implemented to keep absolutely everything about your project all in one place. Find out more by watching the video below.
That’s a hard one to answer – it depends on how complex the design is, as well as whether a town planning application is necessary. Once the final design is approved and you’re ready to start building, we’ll be able to give you a fair indication of how long it will take, and keep you in the loop all the way through the process so there are no surprises along the way.
At Trademark Builders, we have established a great team of experienced and professional tradespeople who know what we expect of them in all areas of our business. They’re all insured, and we can guarantee their work, which makes the build process clear for everyone involved.
We recommend that we supply all fixtures and fittings. However, if you want to supply your own, as long as we approve they’re fit for purpose, that’s fine as well.
Yes, Trademark Builders is a registered building practitioner, and fully insured.
We build like we’re building for ourselves – that’s the way we work. We’ve completed every job we’ve started, and have never had to attend any form of mediation. We’re very proud of the fact that much of our work comes through word of mouth, which is a great endorsement of what we do.
In the contract to build, a payment schedule will be attached, which coincides with certain stages of the build. In projects out of the norm, extra progress payment stages could be included. This is something we’d discuss with you.
