Keeping track of progress
As we’ve already said, communication is really important to us. While there’s nothing like face-to-face contact, Marc has also implemented a great online system, accessible by computer, phone and all the usual devices, which is great for us, and great for you as well.
Right from the beginning until long after you move into your new house, you’ll be able to log into a secure portal set up just for your project. Here, you’ll be able to:
- communicate with our team,
- view the schedule,
- look at construction photos and updates of your project,
- review and approve (and change if you need to) the selection of materials and various items for the build,
- notify us of any warranty requests.
You’ll also be able to access important documents, such as plans and specifications. It’ll be there, all in one place. You don’t have to worry about a filing system – we’ve done it for you, which means all of us are always on the same page.
